Metaverse: A New Virtual World
Artificial intelligence emerges to collaborate physical and virtual life
Metaverse became one of the most popular technologies that everyone talks about. You probably read the news, through advertisements or brainstorming about the technology or the investment in this technology.
What is Metaverse?
In simple terms, it is a combination of two words i.e. matter which means beyond, and verse which means universe, beyond the universe. It means the collaborative online world community where the physical and the virtual/augmented reality merge.
Till now we use the internet to use the data for anything, in metaverse we will be inside the internet around the data.
Stages of Accessing Information
These stages are just an example of gathering information that starts before the internet era.
- 1605 — First newspaper in the world: The first newspaper accepted to gather information in Rome.
- 1895 — Radio Invention: The radio was invented by an Italian inventor. Now readers not only read the news they now have a chance to listen to the news also.
- 1923 — Television Invention: It was invented by John. Accessing information became much easier by watching and listening.
- 1989 — Internet Invention: It showed an amazing development to reach any information we need in a second, we can easily say that there is no barrier between us and information.
Now, we are here with Metaverse technology which we experience with information.
- In Metaverse, we have a chance to sit in a virtual world with other people’s avatars to discuss anything.
- From an educational perspective, we can be in a school anytime.
- We can conduct an experiment in any lab in the world.
- For business, we can attend a job interview or join a meeting with our colleagues.
- In terms of entertainment, we can play games or we say, we can be inside the game. We can travel anywhere in the world.
